Submit a Wishlist

Once you’ve added all your favorite pieces to your Wishlist, submit it to us! After we receive your rental order request, we will send you a message with all the details of your order with the ability to book easily online.

Time to Party

Sign our rental agreement and pay your deposit easily online to officially reserve your order.

Now it’s time to sit back and relax because you’ve just booked what we know will be a memorable experience. Our white glove, full-service team is ready to bring your vision to life!

FAQs

How do I create a rental order?

1) Click here to view our inventory.

2) Select the date(s) of your event to filter available inventory.

3) Select your rental pieces by adding them to your cart then proceed through the checkout process.

From there, we will reach out to confirm your order and answer any questions you may have.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver all throughout Kansas City and surrounding areas.

What if I damage my rental item(s)?

We want you and your guests to enjoy your rental pieces, but sometimes accidents happen. We will ask that you pay for repairs or cleaning costs per our rental agreement.

What happens in case of bad weather?

We really are bummed when it rains on event days, but we do live in Kansas City where the weather changes frequently! All items that are booked will remain booked and we will try our best to accommodate your rain plan.

What are Styled Lounges?

Our styled lounges are our curated bundle of pieces we’ve paired together so you don’t have to! Our designers have thoughtfully arranged specific pieces together in order to create a distinct aesthetic for your one-of-a-kind event.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

Yes, our order minimum is $500.

How far in advance should I book my rentals?

It’s completely up to you! Selection is on a first-come, first-serve basis so we recommend placing your rental order somewhere between 3-6 months prior to your event. We allow order changes up to 30 days before the event to eliminate the fear of being locked into an order that may change closer to the date.

Can I update my order if it has already been booked?

You are able to edit/add/exchanges items in your order up to 30 days before your event date. The order must stay within the original amount from your rental agreement. We cannot accommodate deletions from the original order.

Can I pick up the items myself?

At this time, no.

Are there any other fees associated with my rental?

We charge a delivery fee based on venue location. Our set up/teardown and pick-up services are free (if picked up before 11pm). If you choose to pay for your rental via credit/debit card, you will incur the standard 2.9% card processing fee. No extra or hidden fees from our end whatsoever.

How do I pay for my order?

We require a 50% deposit to reserve your items. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to your event. Your items will not be reserved until the initial payment and signed rental agreement have been received.

How does delivery & pick-up work?

We pride ourselves on being a white glove, full-service company. We deliver, set up, tear down, and pick-up every rental order. Our delivery hours are between 11am - 4pm on the first day of your rental period and pick-up is between 6pm - 11pm. We offer pick-up from 11pm - 12am for an additional “late night” fee. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding these time frames.

Do you have a showroom where I can see the items?

We do not have a showroom (yet!) but we can create visual mockups for you to visualize your rentals.
